| 摘 要： | 以美国ESI数据库为研究载体，基于计量学的理论建立相应的指标体系并期望通过这些定量的数据来反映我国优秀学校在国际范围内的真实位置，并且得出结论说明通过对高校在ESI数据库的发文情况的综合引证分析可以作为衡量高校科研竞争力的一个客观指标。

| Abstract: | After studying the American ESI database, this paper establishes the reasonable index system based on metrology theory, and reveals the real positions of Chinese universities in the international scope through the quotas data. At last, it draws the conclusion that it is an objective index to estimate the science research competitive abilities of universities through comprehensive citation analyses on the papers in the ESI database which these universities have published. |
