| Abstract: | Knowledge based economy and information network make library information consultation take on more apparent intellectualization trend. This article describes the intellectualization trend of library networked intormation consultation in five aspects; intellectualization of consultation information source, intellec-ualization of consultation measures, intellectualization of consultation questions and answers, intellectualization of consultation answer process and intellectualization of consultation staff. |
