| 摘 要： | 采用索氏提取方法提取柞蚕蛹油，用KOH／CH，OH酯交换法甲酯化处理，以气相色谱／质谱方法测定脂肪酸的组成．共鉴定出13种脂肪酸成分，其中以亚麻酸（LNA）、棕榈酸（P）、硬脂酸为主，柞蚕蛹油中不饱和脂肪酸含量占总脂肪酸总量的66．63％．

| Abstract: | The Misgurnus anguillic audatus oil is obtained by soxhlet extraction in this paper, then methyl-esterfied with KOH/CH3OH,and its composition is analyzed by GC/MS 13 kinds of fatty acids have been identified. The major components are linolenic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, docosahexenoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, arachidonic acid and the mass frictions of unsaturated fatty acids in Misgurnus anguillic audatus oil constitutes 66.63 percent of total fatty acid. |
