中小学教师攻读教育硕士学位动机的调查研究

摘    要:教育硕士专业学位是培养胜任基础教育教学和管理工作的高层次人才的专业性学位。本研究以737名正在攻读教育硕士专业学位的中小学教师为研究对象,系统探讨中小学教师攻读教育硕士专业学位的动机。研究发现:中小学教师攻读教育硕士专业学位的求学动机主要有四种,即职业规划动机、专业成长动机、外因影响动机和竞争需要动机,其中专业成长动机和竞争需要动机是当前我国中小学教师攻读教育硕士专业学位的两个主导性求学动机。

Abstract:Master Degree of Education is one that is awarded to high-level talents qualified for the fundamental education and administration. The subjects investigated are 737 primary school and middle school teachers who are studying for it. This thesis systematically discusses their learning motives. Our investigation finds four kinds of learning motives among these teachers: profession-planning one, external cause-influenced one, major-development one and rival demand one. The last two motives are the current dominate learning motives among these teachers.
