| 摘 要： | 当前，电子政府的建设已成为一种世界性潮流，是政府管理现代化的必然趋势。而我国的电子政府建设尚处于起步和探索阶段，还有许多理论和实践问题没有得到很好地解决。本文分析了我国电子政府建设存在的主要问题，并提出了几点策略性的建议。
