摘    要:针对中央空调冷冻站中多台并联冷却泵流量检测困难的问题,依据流体水力特性,提出了一种基于压差的冷却泵水流量模型,并通过试验进行了验证,结果表明,流量模型与实际测试结果的相对误差范围为-10.43%~6.13%,可以较好地满足工程应用要求。研究结果可用于进一步分析空调并联冷却泵中单台泵的能效特性及联合运行策略等.

Abstract:In order to detect the water flow-rate of multiple parallel cooling water pumps in a chiller plant,a novel water flow-rate model based on water pressure difference was proposed.The model was deduced from hydraulic characteristics of fluid and the process was introduced in details.Experimental results showed that the proposed model could meet engineering requirement and the relative errors caused by the model varied from-10.43%~6.13%.The results could be further used to evaluate the individual characteristics of each cooling water pump in parallel pump systems,such as energy efficiency and operation strategies of cooling water pumps in a chiller plant.
