摘    要:管理模式是一种系统化的指导与控制方法。它把企业中的人、财、物和信息等资源,高质量、低成本、快速及时地转换为市场所需要的产品和服务。外包是社会生产进一步细化、竞争加剧的产物。这种经营模式使企业在成本控制、资源配置、量化管理等方面更具有弹性与可操作性,因此将成为企业增强自身竞争力的必然选择。本文对外包模式在中国企业的实施作了详尽的探讨,通过分析其利弊,提出了一些应对策略,以及根据中国现状对外包业务的发展前景作了展望。

Abstract:As a systematical method of leading and control, the management mode converts all resources such as human, capital, material and information in the business enterprise into the product and service needed by market with high quality and low cost in time. Outsourcing is the result of the further specialization of social production and intensification of competition. Business enterprise that operates this kind of mode will make its cost-control and resources-installation more flexible and maneuverable, so that outsourcing will become the inevitable choice for business enterprise and strengthen its competition ability. This text elaborates on the application for outsourcing in the Chinese business enterprise, and presents some strategies based on the analysis of its gains and losses, the paper also sees its exciting prospect in China
