| 摘 要： | 电子政务涉及政府行政管理的方方面面，理想的电子政务系统应该是个一体化的系统，这样才能解决政府各部门的高效运作与业务协同。而“一网式”电子政务系统，将管理和服务两项职能通过网络技术进行集成，在互联网上实现政府组织结构和工作流程的优化重组，超越时间和空间及部门之间的分隔限制。向社会提供优质和全方位的、规范而透明的、符合国际水准的管理和服务。

| Abstract: | The E - government affairs system involved all aspects of government administration. The E - government affairs system integrates the administrative functions of government with the service functions through the network technology , and it optimizes the organizational structure of the government and the working flow. The E-government system can provide us with high-quality and comprehensive, standardized and transparent services , especially the services in line with international standards which is beyond the time and space limit. |
