| 摘 要： | 作为江苏唯一滨江临海的城市，南通在交通方面独特的区位优势和在国家战略中的交通枢纽地位El益明显。“十二五”时期，南通确立了加快建设“一中心三城市”的战略任务。文章在分析南通公路交通环境现实情况的基础上，阐述了公路交通环境对南通建设长三角北翼经济中心的作用和影响，并且提出发挥路网整体功能是南通建设长三角北翼经济中心的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Nantong, as the only coastal and riverside city of Jiangsu province, has unique geographical advantages in the aspects of traffic and plays an increasingly evident role in the national strategic transport hub. During the twelfth five-year plan, Nantong has established the strategic task in accelerating the construction of ＂one center, three cities＂. The article, demonstrates the function and influence of highway traffic environment for the construction of north wing economy center of Yangtze River Delta of Nantong, based on the analysis of highway traffic environment of Nantong. In addition, it proposes that carry out the function of road network is an efficient way to build the north wing economic center of Yangtze River Delta of Nantong. |
