高职院校"双师素质"教师的培养途径

摘    要:高职教师的教学水平与教学效果,在很大程度上决定着高职院校的教育教学质量,双师素质教师的培养是办好高职院校的关键因素。各高职院校应从人才培养工作水平评估要求出发,通过引聘结合、加强产学研合作和校企合作、发挥名师的传帮带作用等途径,实施学历证书和职业资格证书的衔接与并举,制定双师素质教师的培养机制和保障措施,加快双师素质教师的培养。
