| 摘 要： | 婚姻关系是男女双方以共同生活的意思生活在一起所产生的法律关系,包括＂同居＂和＂共财＂两个方面的内容。而夫妻财产制度可以说就是＂共财＂在法律上的表达,因而在国际的婚姻家庭法案件中,夫妻财产制度的法律适用问题才会显得如此的突出和重要。

| Abstract: | Marriage is a legal relationship with both men and women to live together with the meaning of life arising,including two aspects of＂cohabitation＂and＂common wealth＂.The Matrimonial Property Regime can be said is＂common wealth＂in the legal expression.Therefore,in the case of international marriage and family law,questions of the law applicable to Matrimonial Property Regime will seem so prominent and important. |
