| Abstract: | Public affairs refer to the social common work featured with administrative nature.Government office workers in state-owned companies and enterprises include the personnel dealing with public affairs legally in the stock companies and enterprises controlled by the state.And the other staff engaged in public affairs should also include the ones empowered by the government organizations,people's representatives,etc. |
