| 摘 要： | 一个好校长就是一所好学校。新任校长要开好头 ,起好步 ,必须从长远考虑 ,从治本考虑做好如下三篇文章 :必须获得非权力影响力 ,从建立道德威信、专业威信和树立正确的思想方法等方面赢得教师的信赖 ;要从独特性、优质性、稳定性和整体性出发来创办学校的特色 ;要建立制度激励为主的学校工作的激励机制 ,使教职工始终保持一种持久、稳定的工作积极性 ,使学校工作充满生机与活力。

| Abstract: | A good principal means a good school . The new principal should have a very good beginning, make the work steady, have a long__term point of view, from effecting a permanent cure,he must consider to perform three things.Frist,he should get non_power influnce,obtain the confidence of the teachers ,from establishing moral prestige, professional prestige, and establishing an accurate thinking way.Second, he must eatablish the characteristics of school from the unique,high_quality,stable ,entirty.Third, the excitation mechanism should be established in mainly encouraging the school work, in order to make staff keep protracted, stable, active, and make the school both active and energetic. |
