| 摘 要： | 过程管理是一种以过程为核心的、为了达到某种目的而对所涉及的过程，如培养过程, 进行形式化描述、管理的方法。本试图应用过程管理这一科学的方法手段对研究生培养过程进行分析讨论，建立研究生培养过程管理理念，对研究生培养过程进行形式化、规划化描述，建立研究生培养过程管理体系，从而不断提高和改善研究生的培养质量，保证研究生培养目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Process management technology is focused on the process of some objective, such as the process of graduate students education. The main method is formalized describing and managing the process. In this paper, the process of graduate students education is analyzed and discussed by using the technology of process management. The practical system is established after the education process is formalized and standard described. The purpose is to improve the quality of graduate students education effectively. |
