| 摘 要： | 阐释国防工业科技成果转化知识管理组织成熟度的内涵,借鉴成熟度模型构建的基本思路,分析影响知识管理组织成熟度的影响因素,提出国防工业科技成果转化知识管理组织的三层结构,并在此基础上构建国防工业科技成果转化知识管理组织成熟度模型。

| Abstract: | Definiting the connotation of knowledge management organization maturity of science and technology achievements transformation of defense industry, and taking the basic thought of maturity model construction, influencing factors of knowledge management organization maturity are analyzed, and the paper puts forward three layers of science and technology achievements transformation organization of defense industry and constructs a maturity model. |
