| 摘 要： | 我国要建设创新型国家受制于技术供给短缺，特别是先进技术供给短缺的困难，为此我们需要高度关注技术供给安全问题。本文探讨了提出技术供给安全问题的缘由，对技术供给安全的概念内涵进行了界定；分析了技术供给安全的影响因素与形成机制。

| Abstract: | The building of a innovative country in China is restricted by the shortage of technology supply, especially the shortage of advanced technology. Thus, the problem of technology supply shall be highly focused. In this article, it discuses the reason of advancing the safety issue of technology supply, and defines the concept and connotation of technology supply safety, and researches the influencing mechanism and formation mechanism of technology supply safety. At last, it gives the index system of technology supply safety appraisal. |
