| 摘 要： | 思想理论建设是党的根本建设，中国共产党非常注重用发展着的马克思主义指导我国实践，在由领导人民夺取政权转变为领导人民长期执政的过程中，党在思想理论上与时俱进、日益成熟。党在思想理论上的成熟可以分为三个阶段，中国特色社会主义理论体系的提出是党在新阶段思想理论上全面成熟的重要标志。

| Abstract: | During the process of evolving from a party that led the people in fighting for state power to onethat has led the people to long remain exercising in power, the CPC became gradually mature in ideology and theory. Since the Sixteenth National Congress, the CPC has become more mature by establishing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Being gradually mature in ideology and theory is an important symbol of the CPC＇s being all-round mature. |
