摘    要:文章论述了高风险社会背景下博尔诺夫"非连续性教育"的几个重要范畴,阐述了"危机"的教育价值及非连续性教育对图书馆公众危机教育的启示.针对图书馆危机教育的缺失,提出了构建可持续发展的图书馆危机教育体系:实施生命化教育;公众危机意识的培育及应对危机的基本技能教育;将危机教育纳入图书馆终身教育之中;提高公众应对危机的心理承受能力;提升应对危机的道德意识、科学意识.
