摘    要:在当前中小学校中,教师的教书职责被彰显,育人角色却严重缺位。认真分析造成这一现象的内外部原因,对于改变这种于国于民将遗憾无穷的局面具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:in the elementary and middle schools, importance is often put on the role of teachers' teaching, while the role of moral teaching is often neglected. To change the situation that would be bad for both the country and the people, it is quite meaningful to analyze the inner and outer reasons of it.
