| 摘 要： | 农民工党建视域下，以行政村为主设置党组织的传统模式已经不能适应农民工党员流动的现实需要，必须从动静结合全覆盖、横向联合全覆盖、纵向整合全覆盖、突出特色全覆盖四个方面创新基层党组织设置方式。在创新过程中必须坚持党的领导、坚持经济社会科学发展、坚持健全制度体系、坚持整体协调发展四项原则。

| Abstract: | From the field of peasant-worker party building view,the traditional village-based administrative setmode of the Party organization can not adapt to the practical needs of the flow of peasant-workers,we should change the setmode of grass party organization by the full coverage of static and dynamic combination,horizontal integration,vertical integration and highlighting features.In the process of innovation,we must uphold the party′s leadership;adhere to the economic and social science development,a sound system and the four principles of the overall coordinated development. |
