| 摘 要： | 残疾人也有参加基于网络的远程教育的权利,但是因为残疾他们会遇到很多的障碍。本文介绍了在远程教育中各类残疾人会遇到的各种障碍,提出了我们应注意利用"通用设计原则"来提高远程教育的无障碍化。

| Abstract: | Individuals with disabilities also have the right to participate in internet-based distance learning courses,but they may encounter some barriers due to the disabilities.After introducing examples of access challenges faced by disabled people in typical distance learning courses,this article puts forward that universal design principles to make learning more accessible should be applied. |
