| 摘 要： | 通过对实验教学的功能、实验教学与理论教学的关系、实验教师的素质要求、创新能力与素质培养等研讨,实验室主任当前需要重点思考的几个关于实验教学改革问题的讨论。提出了实验室主任只有扮演好"宣传员、设计员、操作员"的角色,才能推进实验教学改革的观点。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion on a few questions about the experimental teaching reform that should be considered by lab's director such as functions of experimental teaching,relation between theory teaching and experimental teaching,quality requirement of experimental teacher,essence of innovative ability and quality cultivation,this article proposed that lab's director must play a role of propagandist,designer and operator,and only by that the experimental teaching reform can be promoted. |
