| 摘 要： | 在科学技术飞速发展、知识更新迅速的今天，世界许多国家把教师的继续教育作为一项基本国策。教师的继续教育问题应该引起高度重视，采取相应措施。本论述了高校教师继续教育的重要意义，提出了教师继续教育的内容和途径。
