| 摘 要： | 2 0世纪 90年代以后 ,社会捐赠在我国高教成本中分担的比例呈现出逐年递增之势 ,已成为高等教育成本分担的重要组成部分。为了吸引更多的投资 ,拓宽集资办学渠道 ,解决经费短缺的难题 ,我国的一些高校相继成立了教育基金会、董事会等。目前 ,它们已成为我国高校社会捐赠的有效管理机构
