法学教育中的案例教学法探究

摘    要:法学教育中的案例教学法起源于美国哈佛大学的判例教学法,在国外已被实践证明是一种对培养学生能力和提高学生素质有效的教学方法,我国的法学教育有必要借鉴这种方法,但并非所有的课程都适宜采用,在具体实施中要经过精选案例、课堂讨论、课后评析及成绩考核等步骤。

Abstract:First originated in law school, Harvard University, case-teaching method abroad has proved that it is an effective method to train students' ability and improve students' quality. It is necessary that we refer to this method in law education, but not all legal subjects suitable for this method, the key of successful application is to select cases, strengthen exercise, evaluate and as- sess achievements after class.
