高等职业教育产出质量保障机制研究

摘    要:高等职业教育产出质量保障机制包括主体机制、目标机制、对象机制、评判机制、激励机制、调控反馈机制。建议在宏观层面上,国家制定高职教育质量的最低标准,建立高职教育质量认证制度;在中观层面上,各地区实施高职教育质量工程,制订高职教育产出质量标准细则,构筑具有区域特色的高职教育产出质量保证体系;在微观层面上,高职院校要重视教育质量的产出性评价,进一步完善学校内部教育质量监控体系。

Abstract:Higher vocational education quality assurance mechanism comprise of subject mechanism, objective mechanism, object mechanism, evaluation mechanism, inspiration mechanism, adjustment and feedback mechanism. In macro-level, the country should constitute the lowest quality standard and construct quality system for higher vocational education; in middle-level, every region should carry out quality project, constitute detailed rules of quality standard, and build quality assurance system characterised by regional features of higher vocational education production; in micro-level, higher vocational schools should attach importance on the production evaluation of educational quality, progressively optimize monitoring system of educational quality inside school.
