| 摘 要： | 行政许可监管制度是行政许可制度的重要组成部分，它对于规范行政许可行为，维护有序的社会经济秩序，保护公民、法人或其他组织的合法权益等具有重要的意义。我国《行政许可法》在行政许可监管制度方面进行了大胆的创新，但也存在一定的缺陷。本在深刻分析行政许可监管制度的基础上，对完善这一制度进行了有关的思考。

| Abstract: | The administration licence supervision system is an important part of the administration licence system,which is very significant to standardizing the behaviours of administration licence,maintaining the good public ecounomy order,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,legal persons.or other organizations Administrative Licence Law has made audacious innovations in the administration licence supervision system,but some defects exist in it.The author thinks about the perfecting of the system based on profoundly analyzing the administration licence supervision system. |
