摘    要:任何改革都会遇到阻力,但若有足够动力则能克服阻力,持续推进。区域推进课堂教学改革同样如此。岳阳市君山区在区域推进课堂教学改革过程中,"五力"齐发形成了强大的改革动力,消解了改革的阻力,确保了改革的有效推进,完善了改革的成果。

Abstract:Obstruction exits in every reform. However, with enough propulsion, a reform can conquer difficulties and move forward. Regional class reforms are no exception. This article, taking Junshan District as an example, illustrates the propulsion generated by five powers--conducting, guiding, driving,supporting and assisting, which ameliorate the obstruction and promote the achievement.
