| 摘 要： | 我国经济型酒店经过高速发展,即将步入竞争的整合期,本文分析了经济型酒店的发展现状及其存在的问题,探讨国内经济型酒店的发展策略,即在制度上规范企业,管理人性化,酒店设计风格简约,设施到位和采取一定的销售策略。

| Abstract: | After undergoing a period of speeding development,the economical hotels in China are going to meet a good opportunity of competitive reorganization.This paper first analyzes the status quo,the development and the exiting problems of Chinese hotels,then explores their developing strategies.Finally,some practical ways are pre- sented,such as formalizing hotels systems,human alizing management,simplifying design,standardizing facilities. |
