| 摘 要： | 影响广州职业教育发展最突出的问题是师资数量不足,师资结构、师资来源、职前、职后师资培养不合理,高水平师资尤其是"双师型"师资太少。职教师资现状已经影响和制约了广州市职业教育的发展,加强职业教育师资队伍建设是当前十分紧迫的一项任务。本文从广州市职教师资队伍建设存在的问题入手,提出加强"非定向"的职前培养、坚持师资来源的"多元化"、构建"终身化"的职后培训体系、制定职教师资评价标准等具体应对策略。

| Abstract: | The most prominent issue which affected the development of vocational education of Guangzhou most is insufficient number of teachers,teacher structure,source of teacher,Pre-and post teacher training unreasonable and too few good teacher,especially the "dual-mode" teachers.The status of teaching stuff has been hampering the Guangzhou City development of Vocational Education.Reinforcing the teaching stuff in Vocational Education is currently very urgent mission.The article start with the problem of the teaching stuff in Vocational Education of Guangzhou,To strengthen the "non-directional" pre-training;insist the source of the "diversification" teacher;construction of "whole life" of the training system;develop vocational education teacher evaluation criteria,and other specific coping strategies |
