| Abstract: | Library's function of lying fallow is the outcome of the times' development,which is accompanying the transform of producing and life-style,and will be regarded highly further.Because of the particularity of the users,the colleges and universities library should combine with reader's characteristic and demand in bringing the culture function of lying fallow into play,and attach importance to the social effect and the cultural value produced by this function. |
