| 摘 要： | 正确理解民族和谐的内涵是构建民族和谐的理论基础,多民族云南的基本省情是构建云南省民族和谐的现实依据。今天,经济社会发展水平、多元民族利益的差异与冲突、复杂的国际环境等成为云南省构建民族和谐的客观桎梏;民族事务工作价值理性的迷失、调控机制无力、民族事务日常工作的低效等是制约云南省民族和谐进程的主观因素。正确处理中华各民族的＂多＂与＂一＂的关系、探寻符合云南省情的发展道路、增强多民族间的多维交流与对话、健全民族和谐的制度保障等是构架云南民族和谐的合理路径选择。
