| 摘 要： | 拔尖创新人才事关我国未来的长远发展。目前,科技水平落后、高层次科技人才匮乏、无缘诺贝尔奖、学术界虚假繁荣、大学之殇都折射出我国拔尖创新人才培养困境重重。其中,基础教育不能免责,而高等教育也问题凸显;教育之外的社会各界也有亟待反思的地方。要突破重重困境,明确拔尖创新人才的内涵是前提;构筑多元社会文化是基础;创设宽松民主的政治环境是保障;加强科学精神培养是关键;推进教育内部改革是核心。

| Abstract: | Top-notch innovative talents are in relation to the development of China.At present,The level of science and technology is backward,The talents of high level science and technology are shortage,No Nobel Prize,Academia is false prosperity,The problem of University,All of these are a reflection of our top-notch innovative talents training in trouble.Elementary education should take responsibility,Higher education also has many problems;It is also necessary for another communities to rethink profoundly.To solve these problems,The premise is to make the meaning of innovative talents clearly;Foundation is to build diversified social culture;Security is to create a comfortable and democratic political environment;the key is to strengthen scientific spirit’s culture;the core is to Promote the education’s reform. |
