摘    要:知识建构是教育的基础性目标。尽管教育管理要运用管理的技术与方法,但其根基却是教育,教育管理只有奠基于知识,才能确保其教育品性。教育管理理应是依靠知识的管理、围绕知识的管理和创生知识的管理。但是,教育管理由于其中管理与教育分离、管理形式对内容的脱离以及管理技术对价值的剥离等原因,却常常总是背弃知识,在很大程度上成为知识建构的钳制力量。重新认识和建构教育管理的知识维度,有利于回归教育管理本位、增进教育管理合理性和形成教育管理良好作风。

Constructing the Knowledge Dimension of Educational Management

Abstract:The constructing of the knowledge Dimension is the basic goal of Education.Although educational management must make use of the techniques and methods of management,yet its foundation is in education.Only grounding in knowledge can the educational management ensure its educational character.The educational management should be the management to rely on the knowledge,go around the knowledge and create into the knowledge.However,The educational management often always betrays and hampers the knowledge to a large extent in fact,because of the separation of management from education,the divorse of form from content of management and the spin-off of technologe to value of management so on.Reunderstanding and reconstructing the enowledge dimension of educational management are conducive to return to the standard of educational management,improve the rationality of educational management and form a good style of educational management.
