| 摘 要： | 首届全军特种作战青年军官联合培训是我军特种人才培养的一次全新尝试。作为承办单位,特种作战学院充分发挥人才科研优势,成立训练监控课题小组,全程对参训队员进行身心适应训练监控和训练负荷评测,为训练顺利开展提供了强有力的保障。述评指出了身心适应监测在特种作战教学训练中运用的现实意义;归纳了身心适应监测的主要做法;总结分析了首届特种作战青年军官联合培训身心适应监测成果的主要表现。

| Abstract: | This article points out that the psychological and physiological adaption have significance in the joint teaching and training of the special operations professional young officers , which concludes the methods of how to inspect on psychological and physiological adaption , and analyzes results of psychological and physiological adaption of state of the special operations professional young officers in joint training for the first time. |
