| 摘 要： | 当前,美军军事身体准备训练中存在的一个重要问题是参加极端身体计划训练时,肌肉骨骼损伤的危险增加,特别是对于新参加训练人员,损伤会直接导致值勤时间减少,并增加治疗和康复的费用.因此,提高极端训练计划效率,减少训练损伤发生是当前需要解决的一个重要问题.指挥训练人员与研究人员进行合作,客观、广泛地监控和评定极端身体训练计划以及其他训练计划,及时发现存在的问题,最终制订安全、有效、以实证为基础的训练策略和计划,从而满足作战人员职业岗位和作战任务对身体能力提出的需求.

| Abstract: | Currently, an important problem has been identified in America army physical readiness training. That is, there is an ap- parent disproportionate musculoskeletal injury risk from participating in extreme conditioning programs （ECPs）, particularly for novice participants. The injuries can result in lost duty time, or increase the medical treatment, and extensive rehabilitation costs. Thus, to improve ECPs effective and reduce injury risks are of paramount importance to be mlved. Military leadership, in collabora- tion with research permnne should objectively and comprehensively monitor and evaluate ECPs and all other conditioning programs to find the problems. A safe and effective, evidence- based conditioning strategies and progrmns has been ultimately developed to meet warfighter＇ s occupational specialty and operational mission requirements for physical ability. |
