| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、调查法等方法，对唐山市中小学体育教师人力资源的获取、使用、培育和保留情况进行调查研究，找出体育教师人力开发资源中存在的问题，并对构建唐山市中小学体育教师人力资源发展的方案提出对策，为今后中小学体育教师人力资源发展提供理论依据。
