| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市流动人口数量的迅猛增长，以外来务工人员为主体的新市民在融入城市的过程中面临着很多亟待解决的问题，新市民在经济、社会、心理等方面的融入状况并不乐观。新市民的年龄、学历、收入、留居时间及所在城市提供的医疗、社会保险等因素对新市民融入新城市有着重要的影响。针对这些问题，政府、当地市民以及新市民都应当找出相应的对策，促进和加快新市民融入城市的过程，加速建设和谐、健康、文明的社会进程。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of transient population,new urban residents comprising mainly migrant rural workers face up to many problems in economic,social and psychological aspects when they are integrating into the urban life.Many factors will have great impacts on this integrating process such as their age,academic background,income and the duration of their stay as well as medical care and social securities provided by the city.The local government and residents together with new urban residents must work out measures to tackle these problems in order to accelerate the construction of a harmonious,healthy and cultivated society. |
