| 摘 要： | “参与式”教学法是学生直接参与教学和组织教学的课堂教学形式。在排球教学中采用“参与式”教学法进行实验研究，实验证明“参与式”教学法较传统教学能有效地提高学生学习的积极性和主动性，促进学生对知识的掌握，有利于培养学生的教学能力。

| Abstract: | The participation method is a teaching way that students directly participate in the class teaching and the class organization. A research on the participation method has been done in the volleyball teaching. It shows that participation method can stimulate the initiative of students greatly compared with the traditional teaching methods. It can help students to grasp the knowledge and benefit to train the teaching ability of them. |
