| 摘 要： | 高等教育的教学质量是高校生存和发展的生命线,青年教师作为高校师资队伍的生力军,对提高高等教育的教学质量具有至关重要的影响力.在高校实施教学质量工程的时代背景下,青年教师只有具备宽厚热情、爱岗敬业的道德素养,全面综合、广专结合的文化素养,扎实精深、灵活多变的专业素养,才能为高等教育质量的稳步提升做出自己应有的贡献.

| Abstract: | The quality of higher education teaching is of vital importance to the survival and the development of institutions of higher learning. Young teachers, the chief part of the teaching staff, exert a great influence on the overall teaching quality. In order to contribute to the improvement of the higher education quality, they should cherish a deep love and a great passion for their work, become men of considerable culture and have a good knowledge of their specialties. |
