| 摘 要： | 普通高等学校是公益性和非营利性的法人组织，法人组织应当具有自己的名称，法人名称是区别不同法人组织的主要标志。我国高等教育法律法规对普通高等学校的法人名称有一些规定，但规定不够具体、不够明确，特别是没有规定高校名称的法定构成要素，导致普通高校名称不统一、不规范。建议通过完善相关法律法规，统一高校名称构成要素和登记制度，规范普通高校名称的使用范围和标准。

| Abstract: | Colleges and Universities are the public and nonprofit legal organizations. They should have their own names which are the symbols to distinguish with others. There are some regulations to make provisions for the name of legal person of colleges and universi- ties. But the regulations are not specific and dear, especially they laek the legal components of the name of legal person. It leads to the fail- ure of unity and standards. It is suggested that the legal eomponents of the name and the registration system should be united, the range of applieation ＇and the standards of the name of legal person of colleges and universities should be regulated by improving the related laws and regulations. |
