呼叫中心在大学外语自主学习平台中的应用

摘    要:目前作为综合信息服务系统的呼叫中心广泛应用于电信、金融、保险等各领域,但在教育行业中的应用还处于初级阶段;而随着大学外语教学改革的深入,各地高校积极开展自主学习的第二课堂活动,但由于缺乏监督和管理,往往处于"散养"状态。以建立基于互联网的呼叫中心为例,着重介绍了IVR语音应答系统的结构组成,为网络自主教学提供了一个新型、高效的服务平台。

Abstract:As a comprehensive information service system,call center is widely used in many fields,such as telecommunication,finance,insurance etc.,but its application in education is still in the primary stage.With the development of the reform of college English teaching,universities across the country enthusiastically carry out the second classroom activities based on the independent study mode.However,due to a lack of supervision and management these activities are often in a let-it-go state.Focusing on the call center built on the basis of internet,the paper elaborates the structure of IVR voice response systems and introduces a new and effective service platform of self-study through internet.
