试析高校图书馆读者服务中的个性化激励

摘    要:根据激励理论提出个性化激励的概念,强调高校图书馆读者服务中的个性化激励是针对个体读者而非图书馆员的,并给出激励方案设计的原则和方法,认为在高校图书馆读者服务中实施个性化的激励机制,可以激发不同层次读者利用图书馆的积极性,形成读者需要与图书馆员服务的良性互动,进而大幅度提升读者服务水平。最后,指出设计个性化激励方案过程中需要注意的几个问题。

Abstract:According to the motivation theory, the concept of individual motivation is introduced, which shows that motivation should be aimed at users but not the librarians. In this article, principles and methods are argued with regard to the design of a personal motivation scheme in the service of academic libraries. It is considered that the establishment of the individual motivation mechanism will better fulfill the user's need in the academic library services.
