| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国基础教育办学体制改革存在着诸多的问题。文章试图从以下三方面来思考我国基础教育办学体制改革问题。首先，分析基础教育办学体制改革存在的问题；其次，揭示基础教育办学体制改革问题的症结；最后，探讨我国基础教育办学体制改革问题的解决对策。
