| 摘 要： | 学术期刊和智库建设在研究指向、研究路径、研究范式上都存在内在的一致性,应当互相呼应,协同发展；但目前,基于多方面因素,我国的学术期刊与智库建设存在问题导向、内容创新、形式载体、功能指向与作用发挥等维度的“五不强”。破解这一困局,需要从坚持问题导向、服务社会需求、做好品牌推广、搭建传播交流平台等方面入手,进而推进学术期刊智库建设,实现二者协同发展。

| Abstract: | Considering their similarities in research orientation, research approach and research paradigm, the development of academic journals and the construction of think tanks should echo and complement each other. However, due to the constraint imposed by several factors, the recent development of academic journals and think tanks shows weakness in such aspects as the adherence to the problem-oriented and function-oriented approach, content quality and distribution and practical applicability. In order to overcome these weaknesses, we suggest to adopt the problem-oriented approach, pay attention to societal needs, market their brands, and build communication platforms. Thus, academic journals can take on the role of think tank, and a synergetic development can be achieved. |
