| 摘 要： | 目前,我国越来越多的年轻教师来自独生子女家庭。关注独生子女教师的角色适应,探索实施提高其角色适应的方法和途径,促使独生子女教师群体尽快成长为教育事业的中坚力量,对于教育事业的发展具有非常重要的意义。本文在对青岛独生子女教师特点进行概述的基础上,通过分析独生子女教师角色适应的现状,提出了独生子女教师角色适应的对策。

| Abstract: | More and more young teachers come from the single-child family in China nowadays.In order to help them to be the key teachers,it is of great importance to the educational development to study the role adaptation and explore the measures about the role adaptation.In this paper,the writer analyzes the role adaptation and puts forward the countermeasures of improving their role adaptation capacity. |
