摘    要:目的:探讨不同运动方式对衰老小鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响.方法:雄性3月龄SAMP8小鼠随机分为年轻对照组(n=12)、衰老对照组(n=12)、长期有氧运动组(n=12)和抗阻训练组(n=12).长期有氧运动组和抗阻训练组从3月龄开始进行3个月的运动训练,在6月龄达到衰老时处死、取材.使用实时荧光定量PCR技术,对各组小鼠心肌Bcl-2和Bax基因mRNA的表达进行测定.结果:长期有氧运动和抗阻训练后,小鼠心脏重量和心系数与衰老对照组相比显著增加(p<0.05)但没有产生病理性心肌肥大;衰老对照组和长期有氧运动组心肌Bcl-2基因mRNA的表达与年轻对照组和抗阻训练组相比显著下降(P<0.05),Bax基因mRNA的表达则显著上升(P<0.05).结论:长期有氧运动和抗阻训练町以导致运动性心肌肥大;长期有氧运动后可加剧衰老心肌细胞凋亡的产生;抗阻训练可以减少衰老心肌细胞凋亡.

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of different style exercise on aging mice cardiac apoptosis. Methods: Male SAMP8 3-months old mice were randomly divided into young control group (n=12), aging control group (n=12), long-term endurance exercise group (n=12) and resistance training group (n= 12). After 3-months long-term endurance exercise and 3-months resistance training, the long-term endurance exercise group and resistance training group were executed with aging control group, when the three groups were aged. Using the Real-Time PCR system to analyze the mouse cardiac Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression of each group. Result: After long-term endurance exercise and resistance training, the mouse heart weight and the ventricular mess index increased significantly than the aging control group (P<0.05), without pathological cardiac hypertrophy. The mRNA expression of Bcl-2 of long-term endurance exercise group and aging control group decreased significantly than the young control group and resistance training group, and the expression of Bax increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: This find suggests that long-term endurance exercise and resistance training can induce exercise cardiac hypertrophy; long-term endurance exercise can induce aging cardiac apoptosis. The resistance training can reduce aging cardiac apoptosis.
