| 摘 要： | 政府信息公开中的隐私权主体可以分成国家机关工作人员、公众人物和普通公民等三种类型。政府信息公开中对隐私权的管理具有公权与私权冲突和交叉、隐私权的行政性和多种法律的协调性等特征。政府信息公开中对隐私权的管理应采取原则考量、积极立法、创建自律规范和技术保护等措施。

| Abstract: | The main body of private right in the opening of government information includes three types: government staff,public personage and ordinary citizen.The administration to the private right in the opening of government information has some characteristics,such as conflict and crisscross between public right and private right,administrative nature of private right,coordination of manifold laws etc.under this circumstances,we should go into the matters seriously according to specified principles,legislate laws actively,establish standard for self awareness and technical protection for the rights of the above people concerned. |
