| 摘 要： | 在探讨行政立法质量的内涵基础上,梳理了信息化与行政立法的关系,认为一方面信息化的发展离不开行政立法的保障和规范;另一方面信息化的实际运用又具有影响行政立法质量的效果,有效地加以利用信息化能使行政立法质量有较大的提升空间。

| Abstract: | On the base of discussion of the connotation of the quality of administrative legislation, this paper combs the relations between informatization and administrative legislation, and holds that the development of informatization cannot do without the safeguard and specification of administrative legislation; on the other hand, the practical application of informatization has affected the quality of administrative legislation effect, and effective use of information can make the quality of administrative legislation has larger space to promote. |
