| 摘 要： | 国际红十字总会与国际红十字联合会的存在，使得世界各国红十字会之间有了更多联系与交流的机会，因而红十字会的工作便具有了国际性。中国红十字会的国际交往主要体现在参加国际性会议，参与国际性救护以及经常性地开展一些会与会之间的联系交往等方面，中国红十字会参加国际性会议，使其得以走出狭隘，走出封闭，走向世界，参与国际性救护，使其得以充分体现出“恤邻”的慈善胸襟，开展经常性的会际间的联络交往，使其得以走出一条独特的值得肯定的平等外交道路。

| Abstract: | The existence of General International Red Cross and International Red Cross Association gave Red Cross member statas in the world more chances to communicate. Thus the work of Red Cross had more international character. The Chinese Red Cross carried out its main international communication by attending international meetings, taking part in international rescue work and developing contact and association with others frequently. Attending international meetings enabled the Chinese Red Cross to come out from narrowness, closeness and move into the world; taking part in international rescue work fully reflected its philanthropic mind in being sympathetic with the neighbours; developing contact and association with others enabled it to open up an equal, unique and positive diplomatic road. |
